Our caregiver can organize all of your medications into weekly pill organizers so you never miss a dose. We can also write up a schedule so you know what medication is what and when to take it. The written reminder documentation will need to be produced after the medications are organized and can be presented at the next scheduled shift. The fee for this service is for one visit and can be used to plan out two weeks worth of medications. 

We can provide a color coded pill organizers that holds morning, afternoon, and evening medications. The fee is for each organizer and does not include the cost to organize the medications. The organizer will be presented when the caregiver arrives on the next scheduled shift. We recommend purchasing two so you have two weeks worth of medications put in place. . 

This fee is the base fee for transportation. The standard hourly rate for care still applies and this fee is to cover the cost of transportation outside of the home. The trip cannot exceed the standard length of the shift unless notice is given 7 (seven) business days .in advance. 

This fee covers the cost of gas and expenses to maintain the transportation vehicle.
